To answer this question, I'll have to tell you what Hypnotherapy has done for me, and how greatly it affected my personal growth, but first, let me go back to December 31st, 2021.
I was standing under the night sky, at a crossroads in my life. I have been freshly out of a marriage, in a country far away from home, family, or friends, with no money, and crushed by depression that led to actual physical pain. I was lucky enough that at that time, I was already working with the most inspiring people on realizing great visions, so I decided to embrace the opportunity and only look upward, towards the light.
You see, I've had to break my paradigms in which I was locked in a victim's mindset, blaming everyone around me for my life's circumstances that led me where I was. I spent years trying to resolve my traumas induced by my abusive mother, looking for forgiveness within me and constantly dealing with feelings of betrayal and fears of abandonment. I've hurt myself by devaluating my worth, even in times when I experienced great accomplishments and success. I've lived to upkeep the peace within my home while I was out of balance, and constantly on the watch - protecting myself from being hurt by anyone around me. Trust issues were "my thing", which unfortunately made relationships crumble and opportunities vanish. I've struggled for years while my inner child screamed within me, feeling helpless and unheard.
My journey inward made me understand the destructive programs I've been carrying inside me, that prevented me from living the life of my dreams, in my true power, connected to myself. When learning about the Power of the Subconscious mind, I stumbled upon Hypnotherapy, and step by step, my calling was revealed to me, and through my own healing process, I learned how to share this great power with others, to help them rekindle their Human Spirit, so they can live life fully and wholeheartedly while spreading love and kindness in the world.
